The Sommer Cable LA-6 SP-BOXX is the modular solution for loudspeaker distribution systems, whether main PA systems or monitor sub-distributions. LA-6 transmits 8 loudspeaker channels simultaneously and has a very clear terminal, panel-fitted with NEUTRIK SPEAKON components.

There are three NL4 sockets for each channel pair: one fully wired (1+/1–/2+/2–) and two partially wired (1+/1–). As multipin Sommer Cable uses the 19-pole HICON HI-SOCA19 which is fully compatible with the SOCAPEX 419 series. The SP-BOXX is available with multipin input plus input and link-through multipin. The housing is made of 2 mm sheet steel and has Sommer Cables proven scratch-proof powder coating finish. The pin assignment has been silk-screened printed and is well readable. A lateral M10 insert nut provides fall safety when operating in dizzy heights.

As matching cable Sommer Cable suggests extremely rugged ELEPHANT 16 x 4 mm², also ready-made with the HI SOCA19, and our different breakouts to Amphenol EP5, NEUTRIK NL8 and NEUTRIK NL4 systems. The EP5 solution is compatible with the system cabling of the loudspeaker company D&B.
