Ordering / Payment Information
Order Acceptance: All online and telephone orders are subject to approval at our Corporate Offices in Hudson, New York (USA) 12534. Online orders can be placed anytime, or our sales associates are ready to take your order at 1-888-999-4283 Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Some announced manufacturers products that may be included on our Website might not be available at press time. We’ll provide customers an anticipated delivery date to the best of our ability based on our suppliers’ estimations. (Estimations are subject to change) Rest assured that your credit card will only be billed for items that actually ship. Out of stock or backordered products will be billed only when they are received and shipped. There is a $25.00 minimum for online orders, however our standard $75.00 minimum applies to telephone and mail orders. We also maintain a minimum order for bulk cable CUTS, 25' minimum for multi-channel, and 50' for single-channel, unless specified as remaining stock, clearance stock, or select items.
Payment: All sales shall be prepaid. When payment terms are extended to Professional Products Division customers, payment shall be made in compliance with customers established individual fast pay discount terms, unless otherwise specified. Payment for terms accounts must be made by company check, money order, bank check or wire transfer. No credit card payment is allowed for approved fast pay discount terms accounts. HAVE MultiMedia Services Division open account terms remain Net 30. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments, and Paypal payments. We ask that you supply your account number, full name as it appears on your card, expiration date and bank code (where applicable). Handling and/or shipping charges will be added to the charge slip. All cards are subject to verification of billing and shipping address.
Returned Checks: Payments made by check that result in a Returned Check, are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.
Open Account: We offer open account billing to qualified customers. Many accounts can be credit approved within 4 days, (some take longer). Credit references are required from 1 bank and 3 industry related sources and should include account numbers, addresses and phone & fax numbers for credit approval. Click here for a copy of our credit application. Orders from businesses, government agencies, and private or public institutions that meet our credit standards and pending our credit approval, will be shipped on open account. Occasionally, new online orders may be delayed for open account customers if credit limit is exceeded, or other terms of open account have not been met for previous orders. In these events, we make every effort to contact you as soon as possible to minimize any delay. When payment terms are extended to Professional Products Division customers, payment shall be made in compliance with customers established individual fast pay discount terms, unless otherwise specified. HAVE MultiMedia Services Division client open account terms remain Net 30. All payments are applied to the oldest outstanding invoice. Any unpaid balance after 31 days will be subject to a 1½% interest charge per month. A $15-$20 bank service charge will be passed on and assessed for all bad checks. In the event of collection, all collection costs including but not limited to storage, advertising, accounting and all costs incurred through outside collection services, including reasonable attorney’s fees, are to be paid by the purchaser.
International Orders: All accounts outside of the U.S.A. are to be paid by Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit, or Cashiers Check, in advance of shipment. Shipping terms as listed on our website do not apply to International Orders. Shipping for International Orders will be determined and verified by customers via email.
Sales Tax: New York and Connecticut customers will be charged sales tax according to their state's jurisdiction. If tax exempt, please contact our sales department at 1-888-999-4283 to arrange our receipt of a copy of your exemption certificate prior to the completion of your order, or fax your certificate to 1-518-828-2008.

Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped F.O.B., primarily from our headquarters location in Hudson, NY 12534. Orders are usually shipped by standard UPS ground, or Best Way unless other means are specified or selected. HAVE reserves the right to choose shipping method.
Telephone and Online orders received by 3:00 pm EST are shipped same day* on regularly stocked items; Telephone and Online orders placed after 3:00 pm EST, are shipped next business day* on regularly stocked items. Telephone and Online orders placed after 3:00 pm Friday through Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped next business day* on regularly stocked items, usually Monday. For items that are not in stock at the time of the order, our policy is to contact customers as soon as possible with availability and estimated ship times.
*Please note assembled cable orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping charges will be prepaid & added to the cost of your order at time of shipment. Special drop shipments on large orders need extra time for production and/or truck shipment. In these situations shipping charges may follow on a separate invoice for customers with terms. Shipping times and dates are approximate. We are not responsible for shipping inconsistencies beyond the control of HAVE, Inc.
International Shipping: (outside of the continental U.S.) We offer multiple choices of carrier for orders shipping to international addresses, including UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Do note that USPS has been known to have inconsistent tracking ability internationally. Therefore HAVE cannot be responsible for any lost packages shipped by international USPS services. Though we insure international USPS shipments for full value, and will place and follow up on a claim, the insurance may not pay for the entire amount of the shipment. We do recommend that whenever possible that it is best to use the international carrier choice that can track packages throughout its transit.
Shipping Quotes: HAVE account sales representatives will make every attempt to provide you with a fair and accurate price quote for shipping costs. Verbal quotes are given as a guideline only and may differ from the exact cost. We reserve the right to honor only shipping quotes provided in writing by HAVE. Truck Freight Deliveries: Some larger items sold by HAVE, such as Cable Reels, or large racks or Snake Cables, may be delivered via Truck Freight. Such items may only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Truck drivers are required only to deliver to your curbside & are not required to assist the customer beyond the point of delivery. PLEASE HAVE ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE if you have ordered a truck shipped product. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of trucked items.
Partial Shipments & Backorders: HAVE makes every effort to ship orders fast & complete. However occasionally manufacturer backorders may necessitate partial shipment to you. We will partial ship & backorder where we deem appropriate unless otherwise instructed. Backordered items will be automatically shipped & charged or invoiced when they become available. If you cannot accept partials, please indicate in writing on your purchase order, or email at time of order if purchasing online. We will notify you if there will be an unusual delay, and keep you informed of expected shipping date. We reserve the right to ship complete.
Damaged Merchandise Policy: HAVE strives to use the best packing materials possible and every effort is made to prevent damage. Products shipped via UPS and other ground package services are not guaranteed against breakage. Double Boxing service is available for a handling fee. In the event damaged merchandise is received, all claims should be filed directly with the carrier within 3 business days. Please retain the original shipping carton. Should you need to return the damaged merchandise to us, please call our Customer Service Desk at 1-888-999-4283 for instructions and a Returns Authorization number, which must be clearly marked on each package and packing slip.

Lost Merchandise: Notify us immediately and we will trace the shipment. Upon notification of non-delivery we will file a claim and replace your merchandise. If you need immediate replacement we will ship and invoice. Upon notification of non-delivery from the carrier, we will credit your charge card or your account.
Claims & Shortages: Claims for shortages must be made to HAVE within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Claims for non-delivery must also be made within 10 days from date of invoice in order for us to properly administer any claim against the carrier. Please call our customer service representatives at 1-888-999-4283 if you have a claim for shortages.

A minimum 15% restocking, handling, inspection or replacement charge ($5.00 minimum) may be applicable (except for in-warranty defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error by HAVE). There is a 25% restocking fee for returns for Hannay Cable Reels.
Eligible merchandise* may be returned within 30 days from date of receipt and may be subject to the restocking fee mentioned above. Items must be shipped PREPAID. HAVE will not accept COD returns or returns without RA numbers. Please allow ample time for processing your return (typically your next credit card statement). HAVE reserves the right to determine eligibility of all returnable items. If you have any questions regarding the status of a return & or the eligibility of an item you wish to return, please call our Customer Service desk.

Guarantees / Indemnification / Disclaimers
Guarantees:
HAVE, Inc. guarantees that all of our HAVE, Inc. manufactured HAVEPro™, HAVEFLEX™, PROFLEX™, and FLEXYGY™ Cable Assemblies will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the cable. We will replace or repair, at our option, cables that are proven to be defective. This guarantee does not apply to our PROFlex Premium Series VGA cables (due to precise
connectorization properties), or any cable that has been subject to abuse, misuse, improper storage or incorrect installation or servicing. This guarantee also does not apply to HAVE manufactured cables used in rental, staging or leasing applications.
All new cable, connectors, videocassettes, accessories and equipment come with full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
All HAVE, Inc. evaluated videocassettes come with our 30-day Return-Replacement Guarantee. Prior to actual use, customer shall test and determine
suitability of the videocassette for intended use and shall notify HAVE of any claim of defective product within 30 days of receipt of shipment by
customer. HAVE’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. HAVE, Inc shall not be liable for any loss direct
or indirect arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product.
HAVE, Inc. guarantees against manufacturer defects all duplicated or replicated products from our Multimedia Services Division. Defective products
will be replaced or a credit will be issued at HAVE, Inc.'s option. HAVE, Inc shall not be liable for any loss direct or indirect arising out of the use
of, or inability to use, the product.
All other products come solely with the manufacturers’ warranties. HAVE, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, products that are proven to be
defective. These guarantees do not apply to any products that have been subject to abuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation or
servicing.
Indemnification:
Customer represents and warrants to HAVE, Inc. that any duplication or transfer services performed by HAVE at customers’ request or material supplied
by the customer, are not violations of any persons’ statutory or common law copyright; and customer agrees to indemnify HAVE, Inc. from and against all
liability, loss or damage, including reasonable counsel fees, resulting from claimed violation of any persons copyright or any litigation based thereon.
HAVE, Inc. makes every effort to protect client masters. We keep masters solely at client’s risk, and HAVE shall not be liable or responsible for loss,
damage, or destruction of such masters. CLIENT SHALL RETAIN DUPLICATE COPIES OF ALL MASTERS AND SHALL INSURE ALL MASTERS DELIVERED TO OR DEPOSITED WITH
HAVE, INC. AGAINST ALL RISKS OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION. In no event shall HAVE, Inc. be liable for the loss or damage of any materials or tape stored
at HAVE for the account of any client for any amount in excess of the replacement value or the raw stock of the material stored at HAVE.
HAVE, Inc.’s MultiMedia Services division will provide storage for the Customer’s materials without charge to the Customer, at such place as HAVE
deems appropriate, during the time HAVE performs services with respect to those materials and for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 6 months.
Thereafter HAVE, Inc. reserves the right to require the Customer to remove said materials from storage, or to charge a storage fee.
Disclaimer
HAVE, Inc. is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors on our website or in our printed materials. We reserve the right to make
adjustments or corrections due to changes in the market or product discontinuations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please remember to back
up all data before computer hardware or software installs. We are not responsible for lost data.
